HOW TO MAINTAIN THE CHARCUTERIE BOARD:
Handwash with a warm soapy cloth and dry well. Do not submerge. Apply a food safe cutting board oil and a coat of coconut oil wax to maintain the quality. Buff to shine. Do not place in the dishwasher, store properly to prevent warping, dents and nicks. Charcuterie boards are primarily used for serving and not as a cutting board. They are designed for presentation. It is advised to cut meats and other displays of food on a preparation cutting board and transfer to the charcuterie board.
