The display of an item on the website is based on availability and quantity of the product and is not guaranteed to be in stock. Limited number of products are available, but constantly returning based on customer satisfaction. New products and designs are always changing in addition. Checking QUANTITY is important before adding to SHOPPING CART to assure availability before paying for items. Please be aware, the purchase of items over the quantity in stock will result in the return of payment. QUANTITY will be posted under the item for sale to assure the item is available.

DIRECTIONS FOR SOAP USE

Soap Directions: Keep handcrafted artisan soaps in a dry, ventilated area when not in use. This will create an ideal environment allowing your soaps to last longer. With each use, rest on a slotted soap dish to allow for drainage and a longer lasting bar.

PRODUCT APPEARANCE

Each product is handmade with a specific recipe. Due to the nature of handcrafted products, color and variation may differ from the product photo. Although the details of each batch are made to be exact, no hand can duplicate twice. No measure of fragrance can produce the exact same color. With each day of curing creates the most magnificent design. For those who simply adore handmade, you will enjoy the natural qualities even more. The color of the product displayed on your computer monitor can also contribute to variations.

White Dormouse Artisan Soaps are handmade with high quality oils, sparing no expense to provide the best natural soap experience. All soap recipes are listed with wholesome beneficial ingredients.

FRAGRANCES AND ESSENTIAL OILS

Essential oils for all skin care products are handpicked carefully and taken into great consideration. All Essential oils are Certified Fair Trade and combined for a pleasant scent. Essential oils are the natural essences of plants acquired by steam distillation or cold-expression from a single botanical source.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

Handcrafted Soap is an art in addition to the proper science in carefully executing and measuring all ingredients and creating a design you will love. Taking this into consideration, artisan soap takes time and patience to craft the perfect product. Curing time for freshly made cold process soap with natural oils is 4 to 6 weeks. If you have a special request, fragrance or quantity please fill out the FORM on the CONTACT page and let me know so I may be of assistance.

RETURN POLICY

We want everyone to be fully satisfied and absolutely love all the products handcrafted by White Dormouse Artisan Soaps. Due to the nature of the soap or product that are intended for personal use, fragile texture and content, soap embeds and packaging, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS. Although all sales are final, we want you to have a very happy experience.

Explanation of items are based on accuracy of the description of White Dormouse Artisan Soaps and to the best of our knowledge. Each individual has their own sense of fragrance. Please be aware

Damage in the shipping process with USPS will need to be in writing and a report of damaged items will be reviewed. Please note, the shipping cost for returns will be at the customers cost and responsibility.
