Fragrant linen water with just the right amount of light starch adding an ease to wrinkles and a smooth glide of the iron. Scented with sweet orange and tangerine, the crisp, clean scent of fir needle, rich juniper, clove and a touch of sweet fennel. The aroma brings warm memories of dried fruit baked in the oven with sprinkles of light cinnamon keeping you bright eyed, focused and ready for the day.

A more natural way to use cleaning and household products. No unnecessary additives. Scented linen water makes the task of ironing a more enjoyable process. When ready to wear your garments or present those beautiful table clothes, a light aroma of citrus, with a hint of fall spice will keep you coming back for more until the next wash.

Having clean fresh clothes not only makes you feel better about yourself, but ironing helps to reduce shrinking, softens fibers and maintains the life of the garment along with careful washing procedures.

Over the last two generations, ironing has almost become obsolete. For practical reasons, many fabrics require no ironing. Basically, there is just no time to tend to this household task. Casual lifestyles have almost eliminated the iron all together. In fact, wrinkled bedding has become all the rage.

In retrospect, many of us still absolutely love to iron. From the garments we wear, to table linens and napkins we use for holidays and dinner parties, scarves and handkerchiefs are still used often, table runners and many craft items such as quilts and sewing projects all need a little press from time to time. We also find ironing to be relaxing, enjoyable, beneficial and relieves stress. For this reason, I have created a recipe for scented linen water to use while ironing that not only helps with the process, but is delightful to use and the scent is aromatic and pleasing for the mind, body and spirit.

Best used to iron cotton, linen, pillow cases, sheets and blends. Iron can be used on high setting and safe for steaming. Usage Guide: Ironing water is not meant to add to ironing compartment. Spray product directly on garment. Do not use on silk, satin, delicate fabrics, synthetics, wool, or cashmere. Do not cover starched items in plastic to avoid yellowing during long term storage. Ironing starch is made with cornstarch, using this product as a room spray is not recommended.
