Body oils for bath or message are a perfect way to slow down, relax, and clear your mind. Made with beneficial ingredients of non-comedogenic oils of Grapeseed, Olive and Apricot. This trio are lovely together as they provide a combination of quick absorbency while still allowing time to message into the skin for a longer duration, locking in moisture and softening rough, dry skin.

Autumn Garden bath and body oil is fragrant with an accord of various essential oil notes to harmonize a unique fragrance for therapeutic purposes. Sunny citrus, herbal tones of Bergamot, warm hints of Chamomile and the crisp spices of Juniper oil known to lessen tension and stress and promote a positive mindset. Rosewood essential oil is plentiful with antiseptic qualities and floral tones, grounding and refreshing. The beautiful exotic Yang Ylang compliment a rich aroma of extracted petals and blooms to combat the feelings of anxiety and promote relaxation.

The best time to apply bath and body oils are on damp skin, directly after shower. A little goes a long way. Take some time to message your feet, arms and legs, loosen sore muscles with light pressure and manipulation, increasing blood flow, oxygen and nutrients. A few drops of body oil in warm bath water release the beautiful aromas of essential oils while reducing anxiety, fatigue, joint pain and insomnia. Pour a tablespoon of body oil under running bath water, add a little sea salt or magnesium to stimulate circulation, ease cramps, stiffness, overworked feet and legs, cleanse and detoxify the skin.

While there are endless options to moisturizing your skin, body oils compliment a unique function of hydration, allowing you to choose your own ingredients, instantly directing all the vitamins and nutrients with no fillers or emulsifiers and gives you and your skin time to re-group and regenerate through message.

Understanding your skin type is an important step in the application of any beauty product. Alternating body oil and lotion is perfectly acceptable. Always refer to the ingredient label keeping an eye out for certain oils that may clog pores. Grapeseed, Olive and Apricot Oil are all non-comedogenic which means they rank very low on the scale of skin care products that tend to clog pores. Non-comedogenic oils help to reduce the outbreak of acne while still allowing the body oil to glide smoothly on the skin surface.
